Neither Google nor YELP offer any assistance in clearing negative reviews. We won't allow anyone to "throttle" you or post a bad review simply for no reason. But, we will hold our clients responsible, or accountable for bad reviews, if warranted. Too many businesses today allow their employees to treat customers poorly.
